Sometimes clutter takes forms other than of our physical surrounds. We can carry clutter with us as habits, beliefs and relationships, to name a few.
 
This week we chat about toxic relationships. What are they and we do we have them? And why do we stick with them?
 
Learn some questions to ask yourself to identify if you have any toxic relationships, and some strategies to remove or protect yourself from their damaging effects.
